Please fill out the Borrower Form and attach it as an email sent to:  wvsgm123@gmail.com

​Borrower Rules:
1.  Borrowers may keep videos for no longer than two weeks.
2.  Borrowers will reimburse the WVSGM for sending postage.
3.  Borrowers will send reimbursement with returned videos.
4.  Borrowers will also pay for return postage.
5.  Borrowers may only borrow three videos at a time.
