ABOUT WVSGM

The West Virginia Society for General Music (WVSGM) is an affiliate of the West Virginia Music Educator's Association (WVMEA). We provide professional development opportunities to music educators throughout the state who are active members of WVMEA. ​We oversee the General Music Teacher of the Year nomination and selection process and serve as a point of contact of general music educators across the state interested in getting involved in the WVMEA state music conference.
